1,000 Musicians Cover Foo Fighters ‘Learn To Fly’ Simultaneously

Dave Grohl is on top of the rock world not just because he's a great frontman and songwriter, but because he's an all around nice guy too. A group of 1,000 musicians are hoping they can tap into that good will.

According to the folks at Noisy Vice, the people of Cesena, Italy want the Foo Fighters to play a concert in their town extremely bad. So much so, this group of musicians took to Youtube with their 1,000 person cover of "Learn To Fly" in hopes of gaining enough attention to get the band to play their town..

The footage is a sight to see, and the fact the guy in the tower directing them is able to keep everyone is sync is pretty amazing.

UPDATE: The Foo Fighters are going to Cesena!
