Time for more exciting news regarding the upcoming season of Property Brothers which is being filmed locally. We first learned that they were holding casting calls in the area. Then word got out that work had begun filming episodes. We've now learned that all 13 episodes of the upcoming season will be filmed in the Hudson Valley area.

Lohud interviewed Julian Diaz, a broker for Better Homes & Garden Rand Realty in White Plains. He has been quoted as saying that all 13 episodes will be filmed in the area. The focus being on Westchester and Rockland, but a few Connecticut houses will be featured too.

Diaz has been working with show producers to help scout locations in the area. He also found housing for the show's hosts and crew.

Associate producer Ken Seeback had this to say about filiming in the area.

"Bringing 'Property Brothers' to the Lower Hudson Valley and Connecticut has been a very natural transition for our production. We've had fantastic support from our local contacts and are excited to have already begun filming just a few weeks ago. These areas offer a wide variety of stunning dream homes and inspirational fixer-uppers."

While the location of the houses are a well kept secret, we could see episodes as early as August on HGTV.

Attempts to get them to come remodel the radio station have been ignored.
