Three people are accused of selling heroin, Suboxone and diverted pharmaceuticals in the Hudson Valley.

On Thursday members of the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team (U.R.G.E.N.T.) arrested three people in the Town of Lloyd on felony charges for allegedly possessing and selling Suboxone, heroin and diverted pharmaceuticals.

Apollonia A. Ilacqua, 24, of Plattekill was charged with third and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Daniel S. Brown, 23, of Highland was arrested for two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Peter B. Bang, 24, of Highland was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

All three individuals were arraigned in the Town of Lloyd Court by Judge Elia and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.

URGENT was assisted by Town of Lloyd Police Department with the apprehension of the individuals listed.
