Police are investigating and hoping for help after a 4-year-old, a teenager, and two others were shot in the Hudson Valley on Saturday.

Saturday around 5:15 p.m., Yonkers Police responded to many reports of a shooting on 175 Willow Street in Yonkers. Responders found a woman who said her 4-year-old daughter had been shot in her right leg.

Emergency Service Unit officers and Empress Ambulance personnel immediately treated the wound at the scene. Both mother and daughter were transported to a local trauma center, where the victim was last reported in stable condition and she is expected to survive the injury.

While searching the area police learned that a second victim from the shooting was in the area of Van Cortlandt Park Avenue. Officers found an 18-year-old man from Yonkers with a bullet graze to his ankle. He was treated and released at a local hospital.

In separate case, Saturday around 3:00 a.m. Yonkers Police responded to a reports of a man shot at 31 School Street.

Officers found a 21-year-old man from Yonkers with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. He was transported to a local trauma center and he was last reported to be in critical condition.

A short time later, a 25-year-old from Mount Vernon walked into St Joseph's Hospital with a gunshot wound to the stomach. He was then transported to an area trauma center and he remains in stable condition.

A third male at the scene suffered a cut to his face during the incident, he was later treated and released from a local hospital.

Police believe that all three men sustained their injuries at the scene of same dispute.

Officials say that an argument erupted at a large street gathering. It is unknown at this time what precipitated the dispute and the investigation is continuing at this time.

Detectives are interviewing witnesses and canvassing the area for video.
