Do you have $6 to spend on asparagus water? Maybe there is a bridge in Brooklyn that you might want to buy.

Is this crazy? Or would you like to give it a try? Well, there is a Whole Foods store in Los Angeles that is now saying that having a six-dollar bottle of "Asparagus Water" for sale in their store was a mistake.

A customer of the store, Marielle Wakim, shared a photo on Instagram of the inflated priced "water" at a store in Brentwood, CA (located just outside of LA). The picture clearly shows a mere bottle of water with three stalks of raw asparagus floating inside.  She wrote, "somewhere in L.A., Whole Foods executives are laughing at all of us."  Soon after the picture went viral, a store representative said the product was actually "a mistake." He said there had been a miscommunication with the product, and explained it was meant to be water with the "essence of vegetables" to be used as broth.  The product has since been removed from store shelves.
