A Day To Remember has had a lot going on in the past half decade, including continuing a lawsuit they filed against their record label, Victory Records.

They no long have to say that.

As of November 23rd, ADTR won their lawsuit against Victory, immediately releasing them from their record deal, and additionally won back $4 million dollars in unpaid royalties.

According to AltPress, the entire issue rises from that fact that ADTR's label deal was for 5 records, and they did not consider their 2 recorded live albums as separate albums.

The jury also gave composers rights to the band, which lets them license their music. But Victory will still hold the recording rights, meaning they can still sell the music and pay the band their royalties.
