An alleged member of a far-right group living in the Hudson Valley is under arrest following a violent brawl with protesters.

Last Friday, a fight, which can be seen in videos below, broke out following a speech from the leader of the far-right group the "Proud Boys"  near the Metropolitan Republican Club in New York City.

Following the speech from Gavin McInnes, a violent fight broke out about a block away between anti-fascist protesters and the "Proud Boys," police say.

According to CBS, the "Proud Boys" describes themselves as a "pro-Western fraternal organization" who "regularly spout white nationalist memes and maintain affiliations with known extremists."

On Thursday, a man who police believe is a member of the "Proud Boys" was arrested at his Hudson Valley home, according to the Daily Best. Geoffrey Young, 38, of New City was charged riot and attempted assault.
