Another Classic Brewery for Beer of the Week

We're keeping with the theme of classic American craft breweries with another one perfect for the summertime.

Anderson Valley, like many of the country's early and important craft beers, comes from northern California. This time, we're focusing on their flagship: Boont Amber Ale. This one is full-flavored, with really interesting caramel and subtle spiciness to it. It's a really great beer for the middle of August, when you've gotten a little sick of the standard lighter summer beers you've been drinking over the past two months.
