The Poughkeepsie woman charged in the kayaking death of her fiance sits down with "20/20" tonight. We have a preview of the interview.

After a high-profile episode of '48 Hours' aired in September, new questions have arisen about the kayaking death of Vincent Viafore. Prosecutors believe that Angelika Graswald, Viafore's fiancee, is responsible and are charging her with murder. However, evidence presented to the CBS News program raised questions as to the validity of her confession and whether or not there is enough proof to show that Graswald is actually guilty.

During Friday night's "20/20" interview we will have an opportunity to hear from Graswald, herself. According to an agreement between the prosecution and defense attorneys there were not supposed to be any more pre-trial interviews with Graswald. The defense, however, successfully petitioned the court to allow Graswald the opportunity to tell her side of the story. She tells ABC News "I needed a chance to let people know that I'm innocent,"

During the interview Graswald tells Elizabeth Vargas  "I'm being accused of murder, which I'm not capable of doing." Here's a preview of the full interview which will air at 10pm tonight on ABC.
