Aquaman Actually Looks Kinda Awesome in “Justice League” Trailer

I did not have big hopes for "Batman Vs Superman" and I wasn't surprised when it didn't do well. The director got ripped up and it seems like he has to take more of a backseat because of it. And that's a good thing.

HOWEVER. "Justice League" dropped a trailer at Comic-Com this past week, and it has given me SERIOUS hope for the brand. Affleck is bringing some levity to Batman and a bit more humanity, the supporting cast looks awesome and serious. It takes A LOT to make a dude who talks to fish look bad-ass, but this trailer did it.

There's a gravity to Batman in this trailer. Not the bone-crunching, gadgety goodness that Batman brought to the Dark Knight series, but something much different. I knew what to expect from the Dark Knight, but I'm really looking forward to watching this particular interpretation of the character evolve.

Plus, the Flash. Talking about his second favorite chair. Fantastic introduction to the character.

Not gonna lie. This might make up for "BVS". And that's saying a lot.
