Eggland's Best, the number 1 selling national brand of eggs is holding a contest to see who has what it takes to be on top. More specifically they are looking for egg dishes that use ingredients that are "New York."

According to their website, you may enter up to two recipes in each of these four categories:

There will be one winner from each state. Those winners will go on to compete in the $1000 best of region prize with the best of region winners competing for the Grand Prize of $10,000. Entries are being egg-septed through April 29, 2016
