Arrest This Man for Crimes Against Beer [VIDEO]

Like the old phrase saying, wasted beer counts as alcohol abuse.

I have no idea what the story is here, where it happened, why this guy didn't just stop making it worse, or why everyone around him just enabled this clear violation of beer, but man is it sad.
