Avett Brothers Announce 2016 Spring Tour

Former Mountain Jam headliners, The Avett Brothers, have announced a run of spring dates for 2016. The tour kicks off April 7th in North Carolina, followed by a date at the worlds most famous arena on the 8th. Tickets for the Madison Square Garden Date are on sale now and start at $59.50 each.

The band was formed in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina and is led by brothers Seth and Scott Avett. The two were in a rock band together previously before embracing a more indie vibe.

The band has just announced the release of their fourth live album called Live: Volume Four which will be available everywhere on December 18th. The performance is taken from a New Year's show in 2014 in Raleigh, NC. They've been working with legendary producer Rick Rubin on a new album which is expected to be released during the first half of 2016, although no official announcement has been made.
