The Avett Brothers played a great set at Mountain Jam the other night. The Grateful Dead's Bob Weir even joined them onstage for a couple songs.

The band took some time out to chat with us backstage, and they talked about everything from the Grateful Dead and working with super-producer Rick Rubin to their influences through the ages and how acoustic music has crossed over to the mainstream.
