Does that photo get your attention?

This last April we told you about a new Burger based restaurant that was going to be opening up in Beacon. Well, the wait is officially over. The restaurant is the creation of chef and owner of Kitchen Sink Food & Drink, Brian Arnoff.

The name of this venture is 'Meyer's Olde Dutch Food & Such.' It will have a casual vibe, with a focus on burgers and tasty cocktails (full service bar serving wine, craft beer and cocktails).

The foods that are being served in the restaurant are being sourced locally. According to a press release, the restaurant will also offer:

" In addition to burgers, offerings include beef hot dogs, a crispy chicken sandwich, a vegan ‘Shrooms & Nuts Burger, hand-cut double-cooked fries, salads and accoutrements including house-made sweet and spicy chili, house slaw and beet slaw with spicy seeds. Gluten free buns are available as well. The bar features a large selection of NY craft beer, locally produced wine and house-crafted cocktails.'
