We're getting to that time of year where we can start drinking nice, refreshing, sessionable beers in the sun. While I do enjoy a winter warmer or a big, full-bodied stout, sometimes something lower in ABV and slightly lighter in body hits the spot.

This week, we've got a great one from Athens, NY's Crossroads Brewing Company. We've featured their beers in the past to great reception, and I expect the same from this one. I love cream ales, and their version of the style called Brady's Bay is a great example of why: it's got enough flavor and body to let you know you're drinking a good-quality beer, but is light enough to drink a few of them.

So get yourself to Half Time, grab a nice growler of this perfectly balanced beer, pay half price, and start looking forward to sunnier days.
