Brandi’s Future Husband Fights For Ketchup Idea
This week Brandi's Future Husband:

My future husband is named David, he is from Detroit. David has been telling me that quiet a few years ago, he had a brilliant idea, to change the way people eat their French fries. He even shared this idea with Heinz, even giving them 100 prototype samples of his new ketchup packet idea… But sadly Heinz said that they were not interested…. Interesting though how David now says that Heinz started (shortly there after) using what is now called their “dip ‘n squeeze packets”, which are very similar to his idea.
So he is now suing Heinz. When David tried to talk to them before he went to sue them he was told through the la they weren't interested at that time, but that they later released a similar product. His attorney argues that Heinz may have had an initial idea but didn't get the product down and complete until Wawrzynksi met with them. He is suing Heinz in federal court and the case is on trial this week.
