My future husband this week is one of the more local guys. He lives in Brooklyn, his name is Frank, he’s 41 and he is a mortgage broker. He likes to help people make some serious money. It's what he does with his info after he gives it away that caught my eye. Frank would actually help people and give them stock tips. He would scribble the secret stock tips on napkins and pass them to an accomplice in Grand Central station before eating them. According to prosecutors Frankie was the middle man in a three-man scheme that generated $5.6 million in illegal profits over five years, based on tips about a dozen transactions being negotiated by a prestigious New York law firm. Frankie did well for himself and as a part of his deal, he had to forfeit more than $1 million, the contents of two brokerage accounts, and a 2008 Audi Q7. We will be having our first date when he gets out of prison in 20 years.
