Blood Drive to Honor Fallen Police Detective

Join the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department along with the Fraternal Order of Police as they honor fallen Police Detective John Falcone.

The event held around the anniversary of Detective Falcone's death will take place next Monday, Feb. 22 at the Italian Center located at 227 Mill Street in the City of Poughkeepsie. The American Red Cross will be on hand collecting blood donations from 1PM to 7PM. Appointments can be scheduled by calling Mary Ellen McCue at 845-486-6415.

The blood drive is held annually in memory of fallen Police Detective John Falcone who was tragically killed in the line of duty on Feb. 18, 2011.
