A New Jersey man has sued the NFL, accusing the league of pricing average fans out of the Super Bowl. Josh Finkelman, of New Brunswick, says the NFL made only 1 percent of all tickets available to the public for purchase at face value. He says that means most fans must buy their tickets on the secondary market, where sellers can command thousands of dollars.  Josh bought 2 tickets for $4000, and filed his suit in federal court Monday, claiming that the NFL is violating the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. Josh’s lawyer, says the lawsuit is seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages. Of course the NFL says that it is looking over the suit, and reminds people that three-quarters of the game's tickets are given to teams, which sell them at face value to fans who win lotteries. Super Bowl XLVIII is set for Feb. 2 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
