A male body pulled from the Hudson River on May 13 has now been identified by investigators.

The Times Herald Record reports that police are identifying the body found near Marist College on Wednesday as a man in his 20s who reportedly jumped from the Mid Hudson Bridge last month.

A press release issued by the Poughkeepsie town police and the Ulster County Sheriff's Office say that the cause of death is suicide.

There has been much speculation as to the identity of the body over the past 24 hours, especially since investigators have still been unable to find Vincent Viafore's remains. Viafore fell into the water after his kayak overturned. Since then, his fiancee, Angelika Graswald has been charged with his murder.

Yesterday Graswald's bail was set at $3 Million as prosecutors say she tampered with Viafore's boat and made statements to police saying it "felt good" knowing that her fiancee would die.

Bizzare behavior by Graswald after Viafore's death, including a strange appearance on Inside Edition has left the Hudson Valley wondering what really happened the night of the kayaking incident.
