A brewery in Philadelphia is aging a new beer with the power of Shaolin.

One of the best aspects of the brewing industry is its willingness to try new things and have fun. I've never met a brewer who wasn't looking to find a way to have a good time while doing their job; after all, their entire livelihood revolves around beer. You're going to have a good time whether you like it or not.

So it's no surprise that there's a brewer who has looked to the Wu-Tang Clan for inspiration on his latest project. Vince of Dock Street Brewing Co in Philadelphia decided to make beer based on what he listens to during the process. What did he come up with this time? "Ain’t Nuthin’ to Funk With," a beer that will have its yeast constantly unsettled by the bass of a constant playlist of Wu-Tang songs, according to The Drinks Business magazine.

In fact, watch it at work!
