A lifetime worth of free pizza is putting one Oregon home buyer above the competition. When putting in a bid for a 900-square foot house in Portland, Donna DiNicola offered the homeowners free pizza at her Italian restaurant every month for the rest of their life. DiNicola says the offer was actually a joke and she didn't even know it made it into the paperwork, but homeowner Holly Marsh says it definitely made her offer stand out. She accepted DiNicola's bid and is considering cashing in on the free pizza pie for her son's birthday this week.
