Can You Solve This Incredibly Hard Riddle?

Recently, a friend of mine asked me the hardest riddle in the world and I have literally 0 clue how to solve it. Which is why I need your help. So here we go, this is the riddle:

I play bingo at a friend's house every Friday night. She always has my favorite cereal for a snack. The time we spend together is very valuable to me. It's fair to say I'm a little jealous she paid her mortgage off. What is her house number?

How the heck are you supposed to derive an answer from that riddle!? I'm still trying to figure it out. I literally have no clue where to begin, go, or end. What kind of friend tortures another friend like this?
