Did Angeleka Graswald murder her fiancee with a staged kayaking accident? Video aired on Friday's episode of 48 Hours may change your opinion.

In a case that has gained national attention, Angeleka Graswald, a 35-year-old Hudson Valley resident, has been accused of murdering her fiancee by tampering with his kayak. Up until now we have learned very little about the evidence in the case. When Graswald was arrested in April, authorities said they believed she murdered Vincent Viafore because of statements she made to police. After asking her what she did to kill Vincent, police claim she replied, "I took the plug out of his kayak." However, an expert says that statement doesn't seem to match video that was aired on Friday night.

48 Hours obtained footage of Graswald's interrogation where she is questioned for 11 hours. An interrogation expert noted that the video doesn't match up what police say her original confession was. Over and over again, Graswald denies killing Viafore. Only after hours of leading questions does she finally make a statement, and the statement is only that she wanted him dead and was happy he was gone.

The legal expert interviewed by 48 Hours believes that there is no case against Graswald and that she is being charged with murder because of the way she acted after the incident, not because of actual facts or a valid confession.

The show also attempted to debunk theories about how Graswald could have killed Viafore. The plug that was removed from the kayak has been a major focus of interrogators, but 48 Hours says that police mistakenly believed the plug was on the bottom of the kayak. In fact, it was on top of the watercraft. Tests conducted by the show concluded that only an ounce of water was able to enter the boat with a plug removed, not nearly enough to submerge it. Tests on an oar that was allegedly tampered with also turned up more questions than answers.

We want to know what you think. Does this episode of 48 Hours change your opinion in the Graswald murder case? If so, what do you think really happened that night?
