This weekend, Hi-Way Drive-In in Coxsackie is becoming the Dead 'Til Dawn Drive-In. That's because on Friday and Saturday, they'll be hosting Dead 'Til Dawn 2017, a nine-film horror marathon spread over two nights filled with a mix of classics and obscurities you may not be able to see anywhere else.

Four films will be screened on Friday night, beginning with David Cronenberg's body horror classic, 1986's The Fly with Jeff Goldblum. The rest of the night with feature another Cronenberg film with 1975's Shivers, followed by 1983's Julie Darling and 1973's Messiah of Evil.

Then, five films will be shown on Saturday night, starting with one of the greatest movies ever made, John Carpenter's The Thing from 1982. That will be followed by 1980's Blood Beach, 1975's Night of the Howling Beast, 1983's Eyes of Fire, and 1975's Black Magic.

Admission is $12 per night, and they'll be available at the box office on the night of the event prior to showtime, which is around 7:00 PM. And if you want to do both nights, the drive-in even offers on-site camping. You can check out their Facebook event page for more info.
