You've seen him shout and curse at chefs from all over on shows like Hell's KitchenKitchen Nightmares, and MasterChef - now, Chef Gordon Ramsay has brought his patented brand of angry culinary expertise to the Hudson Valley.

Ramsay showed up at Bella Gianna's in Rockland County for two days in early November to film his new show, 24 Hours to Hell and Back. Ramsay stopped by the restaurant, located on Rt 303 in Congers, in a semi-truck that unfolds into a state-of-the-art kitchen, where he reinvented the restaurant's menu and "whipped the staff into the shape," which I assume means yelled at them a lot.

There's no word yet on when the episode will air, but do you think Ramsay's crash course will work for Bella Gianna's? If you've been there since Ramsay stopped by, how has the restaurant changed?
