The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY will be holding another one of their great themed events on Saturday July 16, 2016 from 6PM to 10PM. This particular event will be focusing on Latin flavors and beverages.

When you arrive to campus, you will head to the Caterini de' Medici garden where you will watch a pig roast demonstration and enjoy live Salsa music. Tickets for the entire night are $135 per person, pre-paid (includes tax and service charges).

Here is a look at the Latin themed menu:

    Lamb Anticuchos, brochettes with peanut-aji amarillo sauce

    Caja China-Roasted Whole Hog with three accompaniments
    Arroz Apastelado, rice and pigeon peas
    Yuca marinated in garlic-lime sauce

    CIA Summer Ale
