The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park is known for being the world's premier culinary college, but they are also known for serving amazing food to their guests at memorable events.

One of these memorable events that you should check out is from their series on street foods. Recently, they had a luncheon featuring street foods of New York, but their next event will be featuring street foods of Italy.

Crisp gnocco with Robiola focaccia and mortadella
Fried mozzarella and meatballs in an olive-caper sauce
Savory tart of onion-smoked pancetta and baby greens
Grilled fish skewers salmoriglio
Porchetta with salsa verde and a meat-vegetable skewer
Sicilian cannolo for dessert
