Crumbs fans, have you been going through cupcake withdrawals? The new owners heard you. Plus where the new stores will be and what else they will carry.

A New Version of Crumbs opens today in NYC. The first of 26 stores that will be re-opening will open today (10/14/14). The chain, which closed all of its 48 locations in July but was bought out of bankruptcy by CNBC personality Marcus Lemonis and Fischer Enterprises.

A few things have changed, including what will be offered at the shops in addition to the cupcakes. (Cupcakes will make up about 50% of the new menu). The rest of the products that each store carries will depend on its location. The new company is also launching a new product, the baissant, a cross between a bagel and a croissant.
