Local Distillery to Hold Dinner in Red Hook

Want to learn more about the many distilleries that are located here in the Hudson Valley and fill up your stomach with great food at the same time? Here is how you can make both happen.

One of those distillers, Hudson Valley Distilling, located at 1727 Rt 9 Germantown (Clermont) has teamed up with a restaurant for a Spirits Pairing Dinner. The dinner will be held on Sunday April 17, 2016 at 6PM at Flatiron Restaurant in Red Hook.

Flatiron will serve a four-course meal, each course being paired with a cocktail made with one of the products from HV Distillers. Because of popular demand, the restaurant has to limit the seating to only 65 people so make reservations. The cost of the dinner is $60 plus tax and gratuity.
