A dog in Iowa shows that pets do have an unbelievable bond between humans and their canines.

"Sissy" is the name of a dog who was able to escape where she was staying, and then walk to where her owner who is recovering from cancer surgery, 20 blocks, away in a hospital.

Did Sissy just break out? Why was no one watching her, you might ask. Sissy's dog dad had let her out in to the yard when she just took off. The "Dad" did call animal control to alert them and have them help look for her. Four hours later he was able to relax with a call from the hospital.

How did she get to the hospital? We probably will never know. How she got into the hospital? Here's the video footage:

"Do you think it was just a coincidence that she randomly walked to this hospital? Nope. she was on a mission," insisted Nancy's daughter Sarah Wood. "The way she walked into the hospital, she was on a mission, she was determined to do something and she was going to do it."

Pass the tissues now.
