Have an old computer that you want to get rid of? You will need to recycle it. But check it out before you just "drop it off" like this one woman did.

A recycling center in the Silicon Valley has a really nice surprise for a woman who brought in a really old computer.  The computer is a 1976 Apple One and it's one of only 200 or so of the first-generation desktop computers created by the late Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ron Wayne in their garage.  The recycling company Clean Bay Area sold it to a collector for 200-thousand dollars and they want to splits the proceeds from the sale 50-50 with the woman who donated it. The "San Jose Mercury News" reports the woman refused a receipt and didn't leave her name when she donated the historic computer in April.  If you know who this woman is or how to reach her, the company has a 100-thousand dollar check waiting for her.
