From 1978 to 1985, Donnybrook Fair (DBF) were the darlings of the Irish club scene - from Mullins Mountain Spring Hotel East Durham, NY to Manhattan's the Pig and Whistle, the Patriot Game in San Diego California, the Irish Village and Thornes in Chicago, the Blarney Stone in Pittsburgh, The Gaelic League of Detroit, McCafferty's Red Hand St. Paul, The Embankment in Tallaght, The Brea More rooms Dublin City and countless clubs, pubs and festivals in between.

For 10 years DBF traveled across the USA and Ireland doling out their particular brand of Irish folk music. Kevin McKrell, David McDonnell and Jeff Strange combined strong and imaginative instrumentation with powerful and stunning vocals. Now back on the road, the lads have sold out shows at The Egg in Albany, NY, The Buffalo Irish Festival and The Parting Glass in Saratoga Springs, NY, once again bringing the beauty and power of Irish folk to the stage.
