Team In Training is the world's largest endurance sports training program. Participants of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training (TNT) program receive a comprehensive program to help achieve their goals of completing a marathon, half marathon, triathlon, long distance bike ride, hike or swim. They receive training from top-notch coaches, access to a network of local fitness partners, fundraising support, and the chance to be part of a powerful force that has raised more than $1.4 billion dollars to fund research and treatment advances for cancer patients around the world.

For many years, TNT has had a strong community of coaches and participants in Dutchess County, New York through the Connecticut Westchester Hudson Valley Chapter. On October 6, 2015, the staff, coaches and alumni will be holding an information session about what TNT is and what events are being offered in 2016. All are welcome to attend at 6:30 pm at the Community Room in the Poughkeepsie Galleria on 2001 South Rd., Poughkeepsie, NY.
