Additional Information

Compassion. Empathy. Respect.

Join us for a fun learning experience.

We will start the afternoon off with the reading of The Forgotten Rabbit a story of a little rabbit once forgotten but now loved never to be forgotten again. We will wrap up the afternoon by making enrichment toys for a local rabbit rescue.

All age groups are welcome, as one is never too young or too old to show compassion and respect to animals and people.

There is no charge for attending but attendees are encouraged to bring an item from the Pets Alive wish list such as: Contractor Bags or Paper Towels.

We do ask that you register so we know how many will be attending. Register here: https://conta.cc/2tDAhDa

The goal of the Pets Alive Kids Team Humane Education program is to encourage an understanding of the need for compassion, empathy and respect for animals, as well as for people and the environment, recognizing the interconnectedness of all living beings/things.

We will be utilizing various education methods including story reading, critical thinking and crafts, all of which will help our Pets Alive Kids Team learn to make responsible decisions and inspire them to make the world a better place.
