People will be heading down to the City this weekend for the annual Electric Zoo Festival.  There was a chance that is was not going to happen this year. The return of the electronic dance music event to the New York's Randalls Island, was momentarily in doubt after the final day of last year's festival was canceled when two attendees died of drug overdoses.  But the Electric Zoo is back with extra precautions to prevent any more drug-related incidents.  Heads up if you are heading down there make sure  you allow extra time for things like watching a two-minute anti-drug PSA to get your wristbands activated. Plus, once you get in, there will be drug-sniffing dogs, additional plainclothes security officers, and a bolstered medical staff.  This year's Electric Zoo Festival runs from today through Sunday in New York City's Randall's Island Park.
