Getting Up Close And Personal With Dashboard Confessional Fans

WRRV Sessions recently hosted Chris Carrabba from Dashboard Confessional at The Newburgh Brewing Company. This has been the home for sessions for some time now, and every experience is different and never disappointing. My first time at Sessions I was blown away by New Politics. Chris Carrabba put on such an enthusiastic performance, and he just wanted to keep singing. It's possible he had even more fun than I did!

I decided to get there as early as I could, but the line was already beyond 200 people. Meeting up with WRRV's McCarthy in the parking lot we decided to meet the people who have been standing line for hours. The Newburgh Brewing Company reached capacity shortly after the doors opened at 4pm! It was a great day for all who attended, and I got to talk to some of the coolest WRRV listeners.
