Well, if Roseanne can come back without needing to make sense of its ending, why not Felicity? That’s the question posed to stars Keri Russell and Scott Speedman, who told Jimmy Kimmel they’d be up for a Netflix revival “in a heartbeat.”

It’s been near of twenty years since Felicity first premiered on The WB (remember that?), though Speedman and Russell happened to drop by Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night, the former for TNT’s Animal Kingdom, and the latter for The Americans finale. The Felicity pair remain on good terms, which naturally led Kimmel to ponder a Gilmore Girls-type revival for for the fan-favorite J.J. Abrams-Matt Reeves (yes, really) series)

Russell laughed off the notion, and even Speedman first reacted “I really don’t think so,” but went on to jokingly blame his co-star’s availability:

I would do it … some people are on really high-class shows. I’ll do it in a heartbeat. I’ll be on Lifetime in no time.

The original series ran from 1998 to 2002, and famously went supernatural in its final episodes, as Felicity took a trip back in time to right her wrongs. Both stars are busy with TV projects, but does Felicity deserve another crack at its ending?
