A movie that will be filmed in the Hudson Valley is searching for a motel to use as scenery and possibly lodging for the crew.

There are some specific criteria that needs to be met for the right fit. The film production will run from November 15th through December 15th. They'll need six rooms, a lobby/reception area, laundry room, and hallways. According to a post on the Film Commission Facebook page, they'll specifically need a motel with an exterior balcony corridor as much of the movie takes place just outside the motel.

Here's the thing, it doesn't have to be your motel. We realize not a lot of people own their own motel, so if you can think of anything that is a good fit, email: filmcommission@me.com with all the details.

Do you know of a recently closed down or seasonal facility? They're looking for a grittier look as opposed to something more polished.
