Filter, Helmet and Local H have announced a joint tour set to launch at the Tall Creek Mud and Music Festival. The tour will kick off in Alberta, Canada on June 28 and they are calling it "The Anti-Folk Revival in Drop-D Tour".

"Somehow what used to be heavy, punk, mean music called 'alternative' became a rerun of 'Hee Haw,'" Filter frontman Richard Patrick said in a statement. "Filter, Helmet and Local H will help you get your insanity back. Come and get a proper dose of our thick and rich guitar sounds not a banjo." The trek takes the alt rockers through major markets such as San Francisco, Anaheim, Portland, Denver, Dallas concluding in Bismarck, ND on August 23rd.
