Every once in awhile you find a tv show that you love and apparently you are the only one that watches it. This was one of those shows:

When I tried to explain the show to Deuce, I was telling him it's about a guy who got shot about 200 years ago and he keeps getting killed, but he lives every time, why when he comes back to life they find him naked in the river, well, that's not so easy to explain. But over the course of the last 22 episodes, I have come to adore these characters. The way Dr Harry Morgan interacts with his young padawan, Lucas, embracing his uniqueness and love of graphic novels. The way that Dr Morgan interacts with his adopted son, Abe, played by the amazing Judd Hirsch, is truly a pleasure to watch.

Yes, the underlying love interest between dominatrix professor in the early episodes does have you rooting for those two, but not until the last four episodes where you start to root for Morgan and Detective Rodriguez. The only positive is that the writers might have had some knowledge that this would not have made it past the first season, thus wrapping up a few ends of the story line that could have left the average fan of this show enraged at its cancellation. Whereas we find ourselves just saddened by it. Let's hope that this is one of the shows that either another network picks up or an online streaming service, such as Netflix or Hulu, decides to produce future episodes of.

Have you ever been a fan of a show that you wish has come back from the dead like Dr Harry Morgan? I mean, 'Forever'?
