Former Bethel Woods Performer Tops Weekly Countdown

Every Friday at 5pm Simon counts down the days top 5 most requested songs of the week with the WRRV Buzzcuts.

Miike Snow and 'Genghis Khan' slips one position, but not enough to drop off the Buzzcuts completely.  Weezer are making a good impression with their new song 'King of the World'. It's a track you'll find on their upcoming release of the so called White Album. Twenty One Pilots 'Ride' received the third most requests of the week. The Strumbellas recently performed WRRV Sessions and Spirits continues to get love from the WRRV listeners. We'll be announcing the WRRV Sessions band for April on Monday! The weeks top song is 'Walking on a Dream' from Empire of the Sun. Empire of the Sun performed at the Mysteryland Music Fest at Bethel Woods last summer.
