Former Cake Drummer Gets 15 Years

Ex Cake drummer Peter Ivan McNeal was sentenced to 15 years in prison for child molestation. The 48 year old was found guilty last weeks of molesting a three-year-old girl at a Thanksgiving celebration back in 2009 where McNeal was a guest. This is not the first incident where McNeal charged for a sexual abuse offense. In 2012 the former cake drummer was arrested for molesting a 6 year old girl, he was released on 250-thousand dollars bail and given 3 years probation. That occurrence happened just a few weeks after the Thanksgiving incodent which when originally tried ended in a mis-trial. This time around his "acts" landed him with a 15 year prison sentence. Peter McNeal performed with Cake from 2001-2004. He did not appear on any of the band’s studio albums.
