Police in Orange County arrested 3 on drug charges and another for being a fugitive from justice.

James Oblinger, 35, of Port Jervis was charged with being a fugitive from justice, a felony, based upon a warrant issued by the Ocean County New Jersey Superior Court. Oblinger was arrested by Port Jervis City detectives and police officers on Pike Street after receiving information from the public that Oblinger was wanted from the State of New Jersey. Oblinger was arraigned in Port Jervis City Court and remanded to Orange County Jail without bail pending extradition proceedings to the State of New Jersey.

Tracey Kimble Day, 31, Port Jervis was arrested for criminal sale of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies. Kimble is accused of selling heroin containing fentanyl to an undercover Port Jervis City Police Officer during a surveillance operation. The defendant was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail pending further court appearances.

Christopher Gutierrez, 32, of Milford, PA was allegedly found to be in possession of 80 bags of heroin and $842 at the time of his arrest. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors. Gutierrez was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail pending further court appearances.

David King, 40, of Dingmans Ferry, PA, was arrested following a surveillance operation by Port Jervis Police. King was allegedly in possession of 29 bags of heroin and money. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail pending further court appearances.
