Another buffet dining option will soon be available for Hudson Valley residents, Golden Corral will open in Middletown this spring. The Times Herald Record reports the restaurant will be an add on to the existing Party Zone building, the $3 million renovation is set to begin Tuesday. Building owner David Haziza expects the project to be complete in April.

Six months of traffic and demographic studies was undertaken to determine if Middletown was a good fit. A total of 130 jobs are expected to be split between Party Zone and Golden Corral. Party Zone will remain open while renovation work is done.
