A 24-year-old Goshen Man was arrested on a felony charge after police say he committing a hate crime.

James Blazeski, 24, of Goshen was arrested after a State Police investigation into graffiti that was found in the Village of Kiryas Joel. Police say the graffiti was found inside some of the multi-dwelling buildings and was hateful in nature and directed at the Jewish Community.

New York State Police from Monroe charged Blazeski with 4th-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. Blazeski was arraigned in the Village of Monroe Court and remanded to Orange County Jail on $2,500 cash bail and $7,500 bond.
