The accused killer of Vincent Viafore continues to talk to the press from her prison cell. Her latest interview is with People Magazine.

Angelika Graswald spoke with People on Sunday morning. The magazine says that through "calm and tears" she proclaimed her innocence, once again saying she had nothing to do with Viafore's death.

Graswald tells People that she 'talks too much'

Many are wondering why Graswald continues to speak to the press. She tells People that she "talks too much" and on the advice of two lawyers who may represent her in the future, she finally declined comment on what actually happened in the water the night of Viafore's disappearance.

Graswald's tendency to talk is, what she says, landed her in jail. She claims that even after she was read her Miranda Rights, she mistakenly continued to talk to law enforcement. Recently, she told News 12 that investigators claimed she tampered with Viafore's kayak and were suspicious of writings in Graswald's personal diary that wished for her fiancee's death.

When asked about Viafore's death, People quoted Graswald as saying "I'm devastated... He's always with me and he'll always be with me." Angelika Graswald's fate is now in the hands of a Grand Jury. She is set to appear in court on May 5.
