Employers say their workers are most distracted by cellphones and texting. A new survey by CareerBuilder asked about 22-hundred hiring managers and human resources managers what they thought were the biggest "productivity killers" in the workplace. Fifty-two percent said cellphones and texting were the biggest time wasters. The Internet was ranked as the second biggest productivity killer by employers. Gossip came in third.
