Say It Isn’t So? Haulin’ Oats Gets Sued

Think you might get your breakfast cereal confused with Daryl Hall & John Oats? Here is why they are taking them to court.

When "Rolling Stone" asked for a comment on the lawsuit, the owner responded with a simple "Say it isn't so," in reference to the Hall and Oates song of the same name.  Early Bird is also reportedly offering a discount on bags of Haulin' Oats to anyone who uses the coupon code SAYITISNTSO this weekend. Daryl Hall & John Oats have already lisecensed their name to "Whole Oats Enterprises" and have stated that this 'Haulin Oats' products line would mislead people.
